Yogi's Barber shop Cape Town City Bowl

Cape Town has a ton of hair stylists and barbers. A lot are kak expensive. Not Yogis. They rock. I found them one day wondering the streets of Cape Town.

I walked in there and felt like I walked into a 50's barber shop. Classic black and white checkered floors. Red, blue and white barber poll outside. Awesome old school barber chairs. Yogi's has been a family run barber for 4 generations. It's great to see places like this going strong.

And Yogi. What a cool friendly guy he is. If you love bicycles, have a chat with him about his old Schwinn and other track bikes. He's got a very cool white fixie standing outside the shop with some nice Yogi detailing. I was so chuffed when he made such awesome comments about my Fuji feather fixie.

This is one popular place. Everytime I walk in. There's at least 10 guys at one time waiting to get a proper cut. Despite that, they still manage to serve all the customers in good time and everyone has a lekker chat.

Cuts range from 60 - 90 bucks depending on what you want to do. That's flippin' good. And for the ladies they do eyebrow threading for 50 bucks.

There's no better place to get a great hair cut at a great price in Cape Town.
